Who We Are

 

BioFrontier is a private investing club for accredited investors backing companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, biology, and frontier therapeutics. Members meet monthly to review live deals, share perspectives from operators and scientists in the room, and build portfolios alongside Alumni Ventures’ $1B+ platform.

The club is led by Luca Giani, an AV Senior Principal and 3x biotech Founder, whose biotech investments — including Kanvas Bio, Human Bio, Axoft, and General Control — define the AI-bio frontier.

AV brings the brand, the deal flow, and the infrastructure. Members bring conviction and a peer network of operators, founders, and family-office principals investing in this space.
