How it Works
AV engages after a lead VC is secured and once our diligence process is complete.
- You submit the round details.
- We do a quick screen for fit (stage, lead, round dynamics, and where we can add value).
- If it’s a fit, one of our investing teams runs diligence in a disciplined, founder-respectful way.
- Decision and execution: one clean check, minimal drama, clear communication. (If it’s a no, we’ll be direct.)
