    Diamond Club members receive quarterly access to exclusive co-investment opportunities, priority allocation in the Opportunity Fund for follow-on rounds, early participation in AV Fundraise rounds, and invitations to member-only summits and briefings with the senior leadership team.

    The fee reduction is tiered based on your total assets under management with Alumni Ventures. Diamond Club members receive up to 25% reduction on management fees across all AV investments. This is calculated quarterly based on your committed capital and applied automatically to all your holdings.

    Diamond Club members receive white-glove support including dedicated team access for portfolio strategy, deal sourcing assistance, quarterly portfolio reviews, priority response to inquiries, and personalized guidance on optimal allocation across AV’s investment opportunities.
