What is the AV Syndicate?
A straightforward way to invest alongside Alumni Ventures in hand-picked venture deals, one at a time.
The AV Syndicate gives you direct access to individual venture deals sourced and vetted by the Alumni Ventures team. Instead of committing to a fund, you can choose to invest (or not) on a deal-by-deal basis.

How It Works
- We’ll email you 1-2 deal invitations per month
–Â Company overview and investment thesis
– Data room complete with diligence materials, financials, terms, etc.
– Timeline for review and commitment (typically 1-2 weeks) - Check Live Deals in your AV Investor Portal
Your portal will include all currently available AV Syndicate deals, offering more variety than what you’ll see directly via email. There are typically 3-5 new deals available per week in the portal. - Don’t Miss Deal Announcements

No. Every deal is optional. You choose which ones you want to participate in. No obligation to invest. No penalty for passing.
Typically the minimum is $10,000.
You will be invited to 1-2 deals per month over email. You can access a much wider range of opportunities by browsing available deals in your AV Investor Portal.
AV handles the legal paperwork, SPV formation, and ongoing reporting. You’ll receive updates on your portfolio companies over email and through the “News” section in your AV Investor Portal.
Everything lives in your investor portal at av.vc. Log in to see your portfolio, update your preferences, and access deal documents.
