Employee turnover is crippling many organizations. In 2021, the voluntary attrition rate hit 67%, the highest of the decade. Burnout, ignored communication, and lack of engagement result in employees looking for new positions or simply abandoning the workforce altogether. As a result, ensuring a rewarding employee experience is now essential, not just a nice-to-have.

Alumni Ventures portfolio company Enboarder addresses this need through an experience-driven people activation platform that transforms employee onboarding into an ongoing, rich, and consistent experience. The company is reimagining traditional HR programs by laying the foundation for engaging company culture and long-term employment.

Better Onboarding and Beyond

Enboarder was originally launched as a new employee onboarding platform but has since developed to facilitate other functions such as ongoing learning and development, change management, employee transitions, and offboarding. While other solutions strictly address operational processes, Enboarder’s solution is people-centric — focusing primarily on the employee experience.

Enboarder provides all the tools necessary for organizations to maximize employee engagement, making new hires feel welcome and prepared from the moment they sign their offer letter. Built with modern onboarding software, the features of Enboarder’s platform include:

  • Paperless onboarding
  • Automation, personalization, and integration with other platforms
  • Efficient onboarding process to maximize productivity
  • Mobile-friendly interface to better resonate with younger employees
