Mark Edwards is a seasoned private equity executive who was an early investor in AV and has served on the investment committees of Green D Ventures and Spike Ventures since inception.

Mr. Edwards has over twenty years of direct investing experience having served in leadership roles at Five Peaks Capital Management, JLL Partners, and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Mr. Edwards holds a B.A. degree with honors from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree with distinction from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he graduated as an Edward Tuck Scholar. He lives in Darien, CT with his wife, three children, and three Labrador retrievers.
