When Alumni Ventures (AV) portfolio companies get recognized for their hard work, it’s worth celebrating. Especially when it comes to how these companies grow and capture their markets.

Two Alumni Ventures portfolio companies were recently ranked by the Financial Times’ (FT) list of The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies. They were among the 500 companies named among such notable businesses as Netflix, Tesla, and PayPal. Compiled with Statista, the list ranks companies from North and South America by their compound annual growth rate between 2017 and 2020. As FT notes, this year’s rankings capture how companies in the Americas remained resilient even as the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Here’s more about our portfolio companies that made the list.

The company also raised a $50M Series D in June 2021, and has seen investment from financial giants like Mastercard, Goldman Sachs, Sallie Mae, and Visa.
