Today, we hear from Nancy Soni, CEO of PathMatch — an app designed to help high school and college students navigate their career choices. Using a custom-built career matching algorithm, PathMatch matches students based on 180 different variables to determine fit. In this video, Nancy explains how PathMatch works, the inspiration behind the company, and their ask for the AV community.

We are trying to help students gain work experience. If you have any jobs that can be done by a $15-$25 an hour intern, we invite you to use the PathMatch platform and give our students more opportunities to gain work experience.

PathMatch is an app designed to help high school and college students navigate their career choices. It employs a self-built algorithm to create a smart talent supply chain, enabling employers to specify the skills they require when hiring.
