Lacework develops cloud security with automation and scale, so that security and DevOps teams can safely keep data and applications in the cloud. On November 18, 2021, Lacework announced a $1.3 billion Series D, bringing the company to an $8.3 billion valuation, the largest financing round in security history. 1 The Series D round was led by existing investors Sutter Hill Ventures, Altimeter Capital, D1 Capital Partners, and Tiger Global Management.
We recently sold <10% of our (highly appreciated) initial investment in Lacework out of Triphammer Fund 1 to provide a significant return of capital to our investors but are retaining a large majority of our investment as we believe in the company's future prospects.1 Learn More »
