Spike Ventures Portfolio Updates

Indigov (SV5) is a service delivery and constituent engagement platform built for elected officials. The company’s platform integrates every channel of communication, including web, scanned mail, Facebook, Twitter, and phone calls, sorting messages into smart inboxes for easy management. Spike participated in a $25 million Series B alongside Tusk Venture Partners, 8VC, and Wicklow Capital.

SecureSave (SV4) helps employees build up emergency savings with contributions from their employers. The platform makes it easy and affordable for companies to offer emergency savings accounts, which can help employees achieve financial wellness and avoid financial stress while preventing knock-on effects for employers. Spike participated in an $11 million seed round alongside Truist Ventures, Stearns Financial Services Inc., and FTX.

Swing Therapeutics (SV5) provides digital solutions for chronic diseases with an evidence-backed, software-based approach. The company is initially focused on developing therapies for fibromyalgia, a widespread musculoskeletal disorder. Spike invested in a $10.3 million Series A led by JAZZ Venture Partners, with participation from AME Cloud Ventures, Asahi Kasei Corporate Ventures, Gaingels, Kicker Ventures, Mana Ventures, and Metrodora Ventures.
