Bend Financial was acquired by Webster Financial. The company developed a tech-enabled HSA management platform that uses AI to offer personalized guidance.

ConcealFab was acquired by Valmont Industries and Ericsson. The company designs and builds telecom solutions that expand coverage and increase network capacity while requiring less space.

Portfolio Fundraising News

Capital RX announced a $106M Series C led by B Capital Group with participation from General Catalyst. Capital RX is one of the fastest-growing pharmacy benefits management platforms.

AV Funds Invested in Capital RX: Castor Ventures, Lakeshore Ventures, Total Access Fund, Westwood Ventures

Stable announced a $60M Series B led by Acrew Capital with participation from Graycroft. Stable offers a risk management platform for businesses of all sizes to hedge commodities.

Sesame announced a $27M Series B led by GV with participation from the Virgin Group. Sesame is a direct-pay marketplace for healthcare aimed at the uninsured or under-insured.

Hydrow announced it would be the official connected rowing equipment and training partner for US Triathlon. Hydrow recently announced a $55M Series D led by Constitution Capital.

Jadu collaborated with Elton John on the sale of a rocket man hoverboard NFT to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Jadu recently announced a $36M Series A led by Bain Capital.
